The ESTRELA duvet cover is Celso de Lemos's percale bed linen. The duvet cover comes with or without a flange. Without a flange it has an envelope closure. With a flange it has a zip. There is a tie in every corner. There are nine colours.
The cloth is woven from extra-long-staple Egyptian Giza cotton. This cotton grows along the Nile and is picked by hand. The maker calls this cotton extremely rare and its softness unrivalled. Two per cent of Egypt's cotton is extra-long-staple. The longer the fibre, the finer the yarn that can be spun from it. A fine yarn gives a durable cloth and a high thread count. The ESTRELA thread count is 700, and a square metre of the cloth weighs 120 g.
