BAYA duvet cover

The BAYA duvet cover is Celso de Lemos's striped bed linen. Warm stripes run across the white cloth: rosewood, terracotta and pink. A rosewood piping edges the seams. The duvet cover has a zip and a tie in every corner.
The cloth is woven from extra-long-staple Egyptian Giza cotton. This cotton grows along the Nile and is picked by hand. The maker calls it rare: it is two per cent of Egypt's cotton. The longer the fibre, the finer the yarn that can be spun from it. A fine yarn gives a durable cloth and a high thread count. The BAYA thread count is 830, and a square metre of the cloth weighs 150 g.
BAYA is made in Portugal.
