Care Guide

Textiles (towels, bathrobes, rugs)

Wash towels and bathrobes at 60 °C and bathroom rugs at 40 °C; the product label always prevails. Wash separately from other textiles, with liquid detergent, without bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on low. A pulled loop is not a defect: trim it with scissors level with the other loops.

Ceramics (basins, toilets, bidets, seats)

Clean with warm water and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner on a soft sponge, then dry with a microfibre cloth. Do not use scouring powders, steel wool, alcohol, acetone, or strong acids and alkalis. Lift the seat and lid before using a toilet cleaner; wash the seat with water and neutral soap only.

Taps, showers and metal finishes

Wipe with a soft cloth and water, with neutral soap if needed, and dry: water left to dry leaves limescale marks. Do not use acidic cleaners, chlorine, acetone, descalers or scouring sponges. Rub silicone nozzles clean with a finger. Gold, PVD and painted finishes: a damp soft cloth only.

Cast stone and Silkstone (baths, basins, shower trays)

Cast stone: clean with a soft cloth and a liquid bathroom cleaner; avoid abrasive, strongly acidic or alkaline products, and long contact with hair dye or acetone. Silkstone: a damp Scotch-Brite-type sponge and a mild detergent; for an ingrained stain, bleach for five minutes at most, then wash and rinse. Small marks polish out; deeper damage needs a professional.

Shower channels

The care guide for shower channels is the manufacturer's own document: the cleaning routine, the material and the spare parts, in the manufacturer's words.
