AVALON pillowcase

The AVALON pillowcase is Celso de Lemos's patterned bed linen. The pattern is not printed but woven into the cloth. Angular lines interlock and repeat across the whole cloth. The cloth has a slight sheen. A wide plain border runs around the pattern. The case has an envelope closure. There are ten sizes, from a 30 × 40 cm pillow to an 80 × 80 cm one.

The cloth is woven from extra-long-staple Egyptian Giza cotton with viscose added. The maker calls this cotton extremely rare and its softness unrivalled. A square metre of the cloth weighs 190 g.

AVALON is made in Portugal, where the maker's artisans have over 40 years of experience.
