RAM pillowcase

The RAM pillowcase is Celso de Lemos's sateen bed linen with three lines embroidered along its edge. The cloth is white. The embroidery comes in a choice of six shades. The pillowcase has a flange, 5 or 7 cm wide depending on the size. It has an envelope closure. There are ten sizes, from a 30 × 40 cm pillow to an 80 × 80 cm one.

The cloth is woven from extra-long-staple Egyptian Giza cotton. This cotton grows along the Nile and is picked by hand. The longer the fibre, the finer the yarn that can be spun from it. A fine yarn gives a durable cloth and a high thread count. The RAM thread count is 700, and a square metre of the cloth weighs 130 g.
