KROCO pillowcase

The KROCO pillowcase is Celso de Lemos's bed linen in a cloth with a fine texture. The back is CALYPSO sateen in the same shade. The pillowcase has an envelope closure. A 3.5 cm border runs all around it, on top of the pillow size. There are ten sizes, from a 30 × 40 cm pillow to an 80 × 80 cm one.

The cloth is woven from extra-long-staple Egyptian Giza cotton. This cotton grows along the Nile and is picked by hand. Two per cent of Egypt's cotton is extra-long-staple. The longer the fibre, the finer the yarn that can be spun from it. A fine yarn gives a durable cloth and a high thread count. The KROCO thread count is 650, and a square metre of the cloth weighs 110 g.
