General Care
- If there is a pulled thread in the towel: use scissors and carefully cut the pulled thread to the height of the remaining loops.
- Wash separately from other textiles and clothing; items with buttons, zippers, hooks and velcro can damage the terry surface.
- Certain cleaning and hygiene products contain ingredients that cause bleaching. These include stain removers, anti-acne creams, products containing alpha-hydroxy acids and fruit acids, hair dyes, bathroom cleaners and teeth whiteners.
- All our products are pre-washed to prevent shrinkage.
Washing
- Do not overload the washing machine.
- Use medium temperature (40°) for washing.
- Do not use detergents containing bleach or brighteners, which may alter or bleach colors.
- Separate whites and light colors from darks, which may bleed color.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
- We recommend using liquid detergent.
Drying
- It is important to use a tumble dryer to restore the fluffiness and softness of towels and rugs.
- Use medium temperature for drying.
- Make sure products are completely dry to maintain textile durability.
